China was projected to be the fastest-growing inbound tourism source market for the region of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) among those presented, with an annual average growth in arrivals forecast at 36.7 percent between 2023 and 2028. Furthermore, the number of inbound tourists from Japan in CEE was expected to grow by around 26 percent each year from 2023 to 2028.
