A 2021 survey of IT security specialists worldwide found that more than three in ten companies saw 11 to 50 bulk phishing attacks. Furthermore, 15 percent of respondents said their organization saw over 50 such attacks. These phishing attacks usually send the same e-mail to many people within an organization.

Data is based on a survey of more than 600 IT security professionals from the United States, Australia, France, Germany, Japan, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
