According to various measures of access to care, Americans experienced different levels of access to care depending on race and ethnicity. From 2017 to 2019, Hispanic individuals experienced worse access to care than non-Hispanic White individuals for roughly 79 percent of measures. Only Asian individuals experienced better access to care than White individuals for 14 percent of measures.
