Russia: crude oil landings by region 2023

European Union (EU) countries had around 1.3 million metric tons of Russian crude oil unloaded in their ports in June 2023, or approximately seven percent of total landings worldwide. The United States, the United Kingdom (UK), Japan, and Canada have received almost no seaborne crude oil shipments from Russia since May 2022. At the same time, the volume of landings to non-EU and non-G7 countries, such as China and India, have increased significantly peaking at around 14.3 million metric tons in June 2023.
