Almost half of the respondents in a 2022 survey among office occupiers worldwide shared that they plan to operate their office facilities in a more carbon-efficient manner in the next three years to boost net zero progress in the next three years. The same survey found that about one-third of respondents planned to exit less carbon-efficient spaces, meaning that such properties are at risk of becoming obsolete in the future.
