French companies with cyber insurance 2021
Almost 70 percent of French companies had cyber insurance in 2021, though not all were intending to renew their policy. In a 2021 survey among cyber security directors and information systems security managers at French companies, 14 percent of the respondents said that their organization had cyber insurance but were hesitating to renew it due to the price increase and reduced coverage. Risk management experts deemed cyber incidents to be the biggest risk to businesses worldwide.
