In a survey about the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the mental health of medical personnel conducted in Thailand in 2021, 8.6 percent of the respondents reported a risk to depression, while 6.3 percent stated that they were suffering from high stress. 2.7 percent of the surveyed medical personnel had thoughts of suicide.
