In a survey about the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the mental health of home isolated people conducted in Thailand in 2021, 22.5 percent of the respondents reported a risk to depression, while 20 percent stated that they were suffering from high stress. 13.7 percent of the surveyed had thoughts of suicide.
