Tariff change plans of telecom operators in Russia 2022

As of October 2022, roughly 40 percent of the surveyed telecom operators in Russia expected that tariffs for telecommunication services in the country would increase by 10 to 15 percent over the next year. Furthermore, one third of the survey respondents projected that the tariff growth rate would not exceed nine percent.
