As of the first half of 2022, slightly over 80 percent of the total electronic financial transaction value in Tunisia was constituted by cash-out activities. In contrast, payment transactions made up the remaining 20 percent. The breakdown changed compared to the previous year when electronic payments accounted for a share of 14 percent.
