Public opinion on the reasons for rising fuel prices in Turkey 2022
According to a survey conducted in April 2022, almost half of the respondents held government policies responsible for rising fuel prices. Furthermore, 45 percent of the Turkish people thought the increase in the exchange rate of many foreign currencies against the Turkish lira was the reason for this increase.
