Uzbekistan was the leading destination of remittances from Kazakhstan in September 2024. In total, around 22.8 billion Kazakhstan tenge were transferred from Kazakhstan to Uzbekistan in that month. Russia and Turkey ranked second and third by the value of remittances, respectively.
