The source specified that living costs were related to "the provision of accommodation and financial subsidies." Education costs, or costs "of ensuring educational access to Ukrainian refugees" are estimated based on the assumption that "the average cost of education per grade equals the marginal cost." Health care costs take into account that "Ukrainian refugees are younger than both the general population in Ukraine and in the host countries."
