According to a holiday shopping survey, in the United States, providing proof of delivery was the most important feature for holiday shopping orders made online in 2022, with 55 percent of surveyed respondents reporting this. Additionally, 47 percent of responents stated user-friendly delivery tracking was also of high importance.
