According to a survey of users conducted in January 2022 in four leading global markets (Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States), 47 percent of respondents with a high income reported they would potentially engage more frequently in banking operations if they had access to mobile apps. In comparison, 37 percent of respondents who reportedly had a low income reported estimating they would conduct more banking operations on a super app.
