According to a survey of users conducted in January 2022 in four leading global markets, 43 percent of respondents in the United States reported they expected to engage in banking operations more often when provided with an all-encompassing mobile app. In comparison, 38 percent of respondents in the United Kingdom and 37 percent of consumers in Australia and Germany reported feeling the same.
