According to a survey of users conducted in January 2022 in four leading global markets (Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States), 41 percent of respondents reported they would potentially engage more frequently in banking operations if they had access to mobile apps. In comparison, 40 percent of respondents reported estimated no changes in their banking operation frequency.
