Super apps: most important features for global consumers 2022
According to a survey of users conducted in January 2022 in four leading global markets (Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States), the most sought features that users wanted to see in a super app was the ability to find and apply discounts and rewards, with over half of respondents reporting to be interested in this specific feature. Around 47 percent of respondents reported they highly valued the possibility to control which areas of life are integrated into the site, while 43 percent of respondents reported valuing the ability to suggest payment method choices.
