It is expected that in 2023, 340 container ships will be delivered globally. Almost half of these ships—165 vessels—will be between 1,000 and 2,999 TEUs. In 2024, 335 container vessels are projected to be delivered worldwide; most of them—120 ships—will have a size between 3,000 and 11,999 TEUs.
