Distribution of Huabei users in China 2020, by province
In 2020, a quarter of all Huabei users were residents of Beijing. The mobile phone application was also prevalent in the northern provinces of Jilin, Hebei, and Heilongjiang. Due to climate conditions, most regular skiers in China are living in the north of the country, while skiing is also becoming a more popular activity for tourists. Huabei is a smartphone application used by skiers, with features including route tracking, video recording, and sharing ski-related contents.
