According to exit polls from the 2022 midterm election, Republican candidates for the House of Representatives were the most popular with older, white voters, with 61 percent of white voters aged 65 and older reporting voting for Republican candidates for the House. Young voters and non-white voters were more likely to vote for Democrats in races for the House of Representatives.
