Favorite platforms for watching online shopping videos in the U.S. 2022, by income
Across all income brackets, social media was the preferred platform amongst U.S. consumers for watching online video shopping events. This preference was most pronounced amongst those whose annual income exceeds 125,000 U.S. dollars, with 72 percent. Consumers who earn between 25,000 and 49,999 dollars per year favored other platforms more than any other income group, with almost one-third (30 percent) saying they prefer to watch online video shopping events on brands' websites.
