States with highest permanent voter card (PVC) registrations in Nigeria 2022

In 2022, Lagos had the highest number of permanent voter card (PVC) registrations in Nigeria, at around 586,000. This was achieved after the continuous voter registration (CVR) exercise which ended on July 31 of that year. Kano and Delta followed. Overall, over 12 million new national voter registrations were recorded during the exercise.
