From September 2020 to July 2021, about eight thousand grievances were registered under the CGRMS portal, wherein 88 percent of the grievances were resolved on the portal. On the other hand, over one thousand grievances were registered on CPGRAMS portal, and 96 percent of the grievances were resolved.
