Depending on whether Christians or Muslims have strong or moderate beliefs, Norwegians' degree of skepticism towards these groups vary. Whereas more than two thirds of the respondents were skeptical towards Muslims with strong religious beliefs, less than one third was skeptical towards moderate Muslims. Along the same lines, more than half were skeptical towards Christians with strong religious beliefs, compared to only 16 percent towards moderate Christians.
