Plans for Halloween celebrations Australia 2023, by activity
A survey conducted in Australia in September 2023 revealed that almost half of surveyed Australian consumers planned to celebrate Halloween by purchasing a Halloween costume. Around 45 percent of respondents said they intended to go trick-or-treating. Shoppers across the country were expected to spend around 490 million Australian dollars on their Halloween celebrations in 2023.
