As of the fourth quarter of 2022, Spain had the highest unemployment rate among OECD countries with 13 percent. Spain was followed by Greece and Costa Rica, with 11.7 and 11.6 percent respectively. In comparison, the unemployment rate in Czech Republic was recorded at 2.4 percent which was the lowest rate in that time.
