Between 2019 and 2023, the majority of members of the U.S. executive committee at EY were white. The share of those belonging to this demographic who worked in these positions never fell below 60 percent in this time period. In 2023, those from the Asian and Black or African American demographic held roughly a one quarter share of these positions, accounting for 28 percent of those working within the U.S. executive committee. There was no representation of the Hawaiian or Native American demographic.
