During a survey done in April 2022, 40 percent of responding small and medium-sized companies (SMBs) in France said their marketing budgets were impacted by neither the pandemic nor the Russia-Ukraine war. However, 21 percent of respondents claimed that the pandemic decreased their company's marketing budget, while only four percent stated the same about the war.
