In 2022, a third of consumers around the world, who planned to dress up for Halloween, said they intended to spend between 51 and 100 U.S. dollars on their costumes, while just under 10 percent of surveyed shoppers planned to spend more than 250 U.S. dollars that year. The surveyed group included shoppers that said they were planning to buy an entire costume and those that wanted to buy certain items they needed to make their own outfit.
