In September 2023, Australian online shoppers were more likely to have their orders in the categories of fashion and apparel and hobbies and recreational goods delivered, according to 73 percent and 72 percent of respondents, respectively. Meanwhile, delivery was less common for grocery shopping and specialty food/liquor, as consumers could directly pick up their online grocery and food orders in physical stores.
