Between 2019 and 2022, the vast majority of the professional workforce at KPMG were white, with this share of the workforce not fluctuating from approximately two-thirds of the total workforce in this time period. The next most-employed group were those with an Asian background, totaling just short of 20 percent of the total professional workforce in the same period of time.
