A consumer insight from FreeWheel in collaboration with Happydemics: ‘Connected Viewers, All eyes on Streaming’, from March 2022 found that broadcaster video-on-demand (BVOD) was the most popular video streaming platform among connected TV users in the UK. Second came subscription-based services, with two in three respondents stated to watch SVOD content when using CTV devices.
