According to a survey conducted in the United States in 2023, over half of back-to-school (BTS) shoppers will be looking for alternative, less expensive products while shopping for supplies, due to the impact of inflation. Less than one in five surveyed BTS consumers said inflation would have no impact on their brand and product choices.
