In the second quarter of 2023, the age group with the most utilization of the websites of public administration authorities in Czechia was 25 to 54-year-olds. The younger generation of 16 to 24-year-olds was less active regarding public administration in the survey, as the two oldest age groups performed the worst.

Survey for the year 2023 was carried out on 5,959 individual persons aged 16+ and 3,965 reached households, the data was subsequently converted through post-stratification with respect to the whole population aged 16 or older which amounted to 8,8 million people and 4,5 million households. CAPI and CATI survey types were used.
The value is the percentage of the total number of Czechs aged 16+. Answers are not mutually exclusive.
