According to an online survey conducted in the United States in May 2022, roughly the same share of Democrats and Republicans reported having a somewhat unfavorable opinion of Truth Social, the social media platform launched by former U.S. President Donald Trump in February 2022. Additionally, 15 percent of Democratic voters and 11 percent of Independent voters reported having a very unfavorable opinion of the social platform Truth Social.
