German companies that believe in a lack of IT specialists 2007-2021
In 2021, around 65 percent of German companies said that there was a lack of IT specialists in the country. It appears there was a large increase in demand from 2017 to 2018, when the share of companies who believed there was a lack went from 67 to 82 percent. Since 2018, figures have been slowly decreasing but German companies still think there are not enough IT specialists.
