Means to tackle mental health concerns in Brazil 2022
According to a survey conducted in 2022, talking to friends and family about mental health issues was the most indicated mean to tackle mental health concerns in Brazil, as stated by over one-third of the respondents. The same study found that around one-quarter of the interviewees took medication for their mental health problems, and approximately 23 percent talked to a mental health care professional, such as a psychologist or psychiatrist.
