Preference for stage of property India H1 2023
According to a survey conducted in the first half of 2023 in India, 28 percent of prospective homebuyers preferred to buy properties that would be ready within a year. There was an increase in preference for newly launched properties by two percent. One reason behind the shift of ready to move in to to be ready within a year has been the increased supply of projects from listed developers.
