Frequency of meat consumption by flexitarians in Portugal 2021, by meat type

In 2021, 16 percent of Portuguese flexitarians reported that they ate poultry meat most days. About 13 percent of flexitarians consumed fish most of the days, and 70 percent consumed fish one to two times a week. Flexitarians who never ate sausage or red meat represented 33 percent and 22 percent, respectively.
