According to a survey conducted in Tunisia in March 2022, traditional banks were the leading financial service provider in the country, with a usage rate of 36 percent. On the other hand, fintech apps obtained the highest recommendation rate, as 37 percent of the respondents indicated that they would recommend them to their friends.
