According to a survey conducted in Japan in August 2022, close to 47 percent of 17 to 19-year-old adolescents stated they had already been saving energy even before the public request to save electricity this summer. On the other hand, 34.6 percent said they had not changed anything in particular, which includes those who have thought about taking steps but have not put their plans into action yet.
