A survey revealed that about six out of ten consumers in Brazil had already shopped on social media in 2021. In Mexico, 57 percent of respondents reported having already engaged in social commerce. Regarding preferences, almost a quarter (23 percent) of Colombian consumers stated that social media were their favorite shopping channel.
