Preferred channel for BNPL services India 2022

In a survey conducted from February to March 2022, 75 percent of BNPL users stated their preference for using BNPL through e-commerce websites such as Amazon, Flipkart, and BigBasket. Digitalization and online shopping during the pandemic contributed to the use of BNPL services online rather than offline at (point-of-sale) stores.
