Biggest business priorities of multifamily property companies in the U.S. 2022
Property maintenance and improvement was the biggest priority among multifamily property companies in the United States in 2022. A survey among 600 industry representatives found that 19 percent of respondents defined maintenance and improvement as their top business priority. Retention of current resident was the second-biggest priority according to 16 percent of respondents.
