Telemedicine: adoption among internet users in Brazil 2021, by service
According to a study carried out in 2021, around one-third of internet users in Brazil aged 16 and older used telemedicine services to access their medical test results online. Meanwhile, about 30 percent of the interviewees declared using the internet to schedule a doctor's appointment, while 24 percent made use of telemedicine to schedule a health test.
