During the second quarter of 2022, business apps recorded approximately 76 million downloads from users in the United States, down by around five percent compared to the previous quarter. Downloads of business apps spiked during the second quarter of 2020, reaching 106 million downloads across the Apple App Store and Google Play Store in the U.S., as the global coronavirus pandemic forced workers and companies to rely more heavily on digital tools in their day-to-day professional lives.
