Between July 2021 and July 2022, navigation apps in the Apple App Store experienced an increase in their in-app purchase prices of approximately 88 percent year-over-year, becoming the category with the largest price increase among iOS apps. Travel apps ranked second, with an increase in prices of approximately 79 percent, while photo and video apps experienced an increase of their prices of around 74 percent year-over-year.
