A survey conducted in 2021 showed that 9.1 percent of advertising companies in Japan that had not implemented reporting tools for online advertisements were already preparing the implementation of such a tool. While the majority of companies were considering the implementation of reporting tools, more than 39 percent stated that they were not considering it.
