According to a global survey conducted between July and August 2022, around 43 percent of respondents aged between 18 and 34 years were concerned they will be displaced from their home at some point in the next 25 years due to the effects of climate change. The same survey revealed that Indian respondents were the most concerned about future relocation due to climate change.
